Spoiler Warning
This page gives the late-game route for Ending A. Stop here if you only want to know that Endacopia has multiple endings. Keep a save before the Chapter II saw choice if you want to see more than one ending without replaying the whole game.
Direct Answer
For Ending A, give the Toy Hand Saw to the Toilet in Chapter II. After the area bosses are resolved, leave the bathroom, take the Do Not Enter door, follow the cliff route, and use the right-hand door in the mouth room. Defeat Henry, then complete the final house sequence by turning off the light at the bonfire.
Before the Choice
Make a separate save before you give either saw to the Toilet. The Toy Hand Saw is the branch point for this route, while the Real Hand Saw leads to Ending B. Keeping one save here is the simplest way to explore both routes later.
Continue the normal story until you return to the bathroom after the location bosses have been defeated or avoided. The Toilet reacts to your choice, but the important next step is leaving the bathroom and entering the hallway.
Ending A Route
- In Chapter II, give the Toy Hand Saw to the Toilet.
- After returning to the bathroom later, leave for the hallway.
- Go through the Do Not Enter door and keep opening the doors until you reach the cliff.
- Look at the hole above, speak with Tip, agree to the plan, and climb through the opening.
- In the mouth room, take the door on the right to trigger the Henry encounter.
This route is intentionally linear once you enter the Do Not Enter door. If you find yourself back in a familiar hall, check that you used the Toy Hand Saw and entered the right-hand door in the mouth room.
Defeat Henry
Henry has multiple attacks, so focus on blocking before trying to deal damage. The key target is the uvula: move your cursor to the same side when the bat attack is about to land. During the later phase, keep moving and block the wider bite attacks before returning to the target.
The Henry fight is a required part of Ending A’s route. Save before the encounter if you can, then retry from that save rather than changing your saw choice when the fight is the only obstacle.
Finish the Bonfire Sequence
After Henry is defeated, you wake in a new house. Speak to the characters around the house if you want the optional dialogue, then return to the lamp by the fireplace. Choose Turn Light Off to trigger the ending sequence.
This is the final confirmation for Ending A. Steam lists the associated ending achievement as Escape, though its achievement page does not publish the route steps.
