Direct Answer
Clocky is the first boss fight in Endacopia, triggered at the end of the Prologue when you try to leave the room after learning the password. Hold M2 to block its punches and move the mouse left or right to block attacks on the matching side. When Clocky leans forward and laughs, press M1 to punch it. Watch your stamina bar — you cannot punch if it is too low.
When You Fight Clocky
Clocky appears right after you obtain the Cheshure password in the Prologue. As you try to leave the room, the clock enemy blocks the path and the first brawl starts. You cannot avoid this fight on the normal route — beating Clocky is required before you can continue to the bathroom with the password.
The Fighting Basics (Taught In-Game)
Right before the fight, an NPC explains the combat rules — they also apply to every later encounter:
- Right-click to block. Enemies can attack from different directions, so react to which side the attack comes from.
- Left-click to attack. Every enemy eventually lets its guard down; attack when the timing is right and aim where it counts.
- Watch your stamina meter. Do not spam punches — you will tire yourself out and become unable to attack.
- Enemies have HP. You can see the enemy's health during the fight.
Clocky's Attack Pattern
Clocky alternates between a few simple moves:
- Side punches: it swings at you from the left or the right. Hold M2 and move the mouse to the matching side to block. Blocking the correct side stops the damage.
- Taunt / laugh: after a few attacks, Clocky leans forward and laughs. This is your opening — it is the "guard down" moment.
Do not try to punch while Clocky is attacking; wait for the laugh.
When to Punch
- Press M1 while Clocky is leaning forward and laughing.
- After landing a punch, Clocky may resume attacking — go back to blocking.
- Repeat: block the side punches, wait for the laugh, punch. Keep an eye on your stamina so you always have enough energy for the punch when the opening appears.
After the Fight
Once Clocky is defeated, the path opens. Continue the Prologue route: go back to the bathroom, use the Plunger on the toilet, then type in the correct password (Cheshure) to proceed.
